What fence and gate work does Cross Buck Construction do?

Cross Buck Construction is a licensed electrician that also does general contracting, including fences and gates, and emergency repairs. On fence work we build new fence lines, rebuild old ones, hang gates and repair lines, with materials matched to the ground and the job. Should I repair my fence or replace the whole line?

It depends on the condition of the line, and sometimes rebuilding one stretch beats replacing the whole thing. Cross Buck Construction looks at washouts, leaning posts, broken braces and loose wire, then tells you which makes sense. Photos of the line and corners help.

Do you build and hang gates?

Yes. Cross Buck Construction builds pipe gates and decorative entry gates in our own welding work, then hangs them to swing and latch true. We also fix gates that sag or drag.

Why do fence corners and gates need braces?

Braces take the pull of the wire so corner and gate posts do not lean and the line does not sag. H-braces and X-braces are used at corners and gates. The X-brace, called a cross buck, is where Cross Buck Construction gets its name.

How much does fence cost per foot?
