Inquiry Privacy Notice
Cross Buck Construction · Updated October 3, 2026
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or contact Cross Buck Construction, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, town, job details and any photos you choose to send. A Nextdoor lead form shares the information you submit with Cross Buck Construction.
Purpose of the inquiry
Your inquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss and prepare an estimate, and coordinate the services you request. Please provide only information relevant to the job; do not submit payment-card details or sensitive identification documents through an inquiry form.
Website and service providers
The quote form on this website sends your request through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to the Cross Buck Construction email inbox. Messages and lead submissions are processed through the services used to deliver them, including email providers and Nextdoor. Those services apply their own privacy policies. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts and images from external providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when content loads.
Website and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure website visits, clicks on our business phone links, and successfully submitted quote requests. These services may use cookies and technical information to connect website activity with ads. Phone-link clicks are measured separately from submitted requests and do not confirm that a call took place. Our measurement events do not include the name, email address, phone number, or job details you enter in the quote form. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Questions and requests
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an inquiry, email email@crossbuckconstruction.com or call (806) 496-6999. Identify the inquiry so we can locate it. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work, business records or legal obligations.
